False advertising on multiple accounts. Should be sued/fined. Difficult to get an answer. Booked through some nonsense directly with them, they botched my name, can't find reservation because it says I don't have an account. Bad bad bad. Too many issues to list them all. Will not be back. Also, the chicken Tikka masala was pretty bad. Sauce was good, but I only wanted it on the rice because the chicken was so bad.

My stay here was quite comfortable, the staff are generally quite friendly and accommodating. The area is nice and accessible to lots of shopping and restaurants. The gym is small but you can do a decent work out. The restaurant is a bit basic but there are other food options in the area

I stayed here for a few days on a work trip. The location is convenient and its close to a mall and several shopping centers. My room was clean and spacious. The app indicated they had bus and truck parking, which I called to confirm. They never mentioned it was at the Best Buy across the street and not onsite. During check-in they didn't acknowledge our platinum and diamond statuses. The biggest reason for my low rating was the fact that my company called the property to ask if we could use their hose to fill our tour bus tank. They said no problem I'd just have to park in front of the hotel. It was a small lot, not big rig friendly. I pulled in and went inside and was told they had no idea what I was talking about and I couldn't use it. The two managers on duty were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will definitely be elsewhere next time I'm in town.

On my work trip this hotel was conveniently located. I liked the fact that there's a mall nearby, Dunkin down the block and the room was clean and comfortable. The cons to my stay was that I had to request the Diamond Breakfast benefit, after being denied once already. I had breakfast twice and the food us subpar, mostly just went down for coffee but I wouldn't pay $14 for it. As a Diamond member it's one of the perks. The staff's friendliness or welcoming customer service was a hit or miss depending on who's at the front. Overall my experience was OK but definitely room for improvement.

Rooms were clean, housekeeping were very about getting towels when requested. Close to many restaurants and stores. Probably the only reason why I would not come back is because it is just a little too far from EWR airport. I would come back if I know I'll be in long Island.
